The way we work means each project has a separate team. Some of our professional partners can be on more than one project, but each development is a discreet undertaking. And because different projects can be spread across several areas, we are always looking for local specialists with whom to create an ongoing relationship.
In particular, we are looking for

Architects or Architectural Designers to help bring our vision to life. Projects range from straightforward refurbishments to extensions and loft conversions, and projects with change of use. In particular, we favour commercial premises suitable for conversion to residential occupation without extensive negotiations over planning permission.

Structural Engineers to advise as appropriate where the fabric of a building may need to be significantly altered

Building Contractors with experience ranging from new-build to commercial-to-residential conversions

Plumbers and Electricians, appropriately qualified, and comfortable working as part of team

Project Managers who share our vision of high quality realistically priced housing

Property agents (both residential and commercial) who share our goals and can help identify suitable properties, and

Planning Specialists for those rare occasions when full planning permission may be required instead of Permitted Development.
