Who is our typical investor?
Happily, each property investor is different, although they all share our enthusiasm for adding value to property as well as appreciating the importance of realistically priced homes.
You may be a first-time investor or someone with an existing property portfolio. Either way, you’ll understand the careful analysis that goes into identifying the right properties, and the skill needed to manage each project. Quality control is essential to everything we do and that includes careful cost control. We are firm believers in value for money at every point in the development process.
How much should a property investor contribute?
The choice is yours, naturally. For practical reasons, we welcome investments from £5000 and upwards, with a usual upper limit of 45% of the project cost.
What is the expected return?
Your expected return on investment (ROI) will be calculated individually for each property, as costs and profit margins can vary from project to project. However, you should expect a growth in your capital higher than usual savings channels.
